🎯 Internship → Full-Time Path
Month 1–6: Work on real product features + mentoring → Ship features/bug fixes + demonstrate technical growth → Associate Software Engineer offer for interns who prove themselves.
Programming: Java/Python/JavaScript → OOP → Collections → Exception Handling → DSA
Backend: Spring Boot → REST APIs → HTTP/JSON → API Integration → Error Handling
Database: SQL → Joins → Subqueries → Aggregations → CRUD → Database Design
Frontend: HTML → CSS → JavaScript → Basic React
Development: Git → GitHub → Debugging → Unit Testing → Code Reviews
Cloud: AWS/Azure Fundamentals → Deployment Basics
Project: Build 1 full-stack project with REST APIs + SQL database + GitHub repository.
Interview: Prepare project explanation → Programming/DSA → SQL → REST API → OOP → Debugging → Technical scenarios.
Take-home: Practice building a small feature independently, writing clean code, testing it and documenting your approach.
