🎓 Eligibility
Fresh graduates
Preferred: Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related fields
Strong SQL & Excel knowledge
Basic Python for data analysis
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar tools
💼 Key Responsibilities
Clean, preprocess and analyze large datasets
Build dashboards, reports and visualizations
Support data-driven business projects
Automate reporting processes
Perform ad-hoc analysis
Apply statistical and analytical techniques
Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
🛠️ Skills Required
SQL • Advanced Excel • Python • Power BI/Tableau/Metabase • Data Analysis • Statistics • Problem Solving • Communication & Presentation
SQL: Joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, GROUP BY, CASE WHEN
Excel: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, charts, IF/SUMIFS
Python: Pandas, NumPy, data cleaning, basic visualization
Power BI: Data modelling, Power Query, DAX, KPIs & dashboards
Projects: Build 1–2 analytics projects using real-world datasets and explain your insights clearly.
Best project idea: Create a Policy/Insurance Analytics Dashboard covering customer acquisition, policy sales, conversion rate, premium, claim trends and monthly performance.
