What we collect

Wise Learnings collects the information you give us directly (such as when you create an account, enrol in a course, or submit an enquiry) and, only with your permission, first-party analytics data about how you use the site: pages visited, approximate visit duration, the general source that brought you here (e.g. a search engine or LinkedIn), and your approximate country/region.

Analytics is optional

Analytics cookies and any related approximate-location processing only begin after you accept them in our cookie banner or Cookie settings. Declining does not limit anything you can do on the site. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and withdrawing stops future collection and removes analytics cookies immediately.

Approximate geography, not demographics

When analytics is accepted, we estimate your country and, where reliably available, a first-level region from trusted hosting/CDN request headers. We do not store your IP address (raw or truncated), city, postal code, or precise coordinates, and we do not attempt to infer age, gender, profession, or any other personal characteristic from this data.

What we never collect in analytics

Your name, email address, phone number, enquiry/message text, and any values you type into calculators or interactive tools are never sent to our analytics system, regardless of your cookie choice.

Retention

We are finalising our analytics data retention period with our legal reviewer. Until that review is complete, this policy will be updated with the approved retention period before any analytics collection is enabled in production.

Your choices

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer at any time to accept, decline, or withdraw analytics consent. For any other privacy question, contact us using the details on our contact page.
