Job Responsibilities

As an Apprentice – Index Management, you will:

• Support quantitative research initiatives

• Explore financial datasets

• Identify workflow improvements

• Develop Python-based analytical utilities

• Assist with workflow automation

• Review and validate structured data

• Document workflows and methodologies

• Support testing and quality assurance

• Work with Databricks and internal analytical platforms

• Present analytical findings and recommendations

• Develop knowledge of index concepts and financial markets

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Data Science or another quantitative discipline

• Strong interest in financial markets, investing, quantitative finance or index investing

• Ability to work from the Mumbai office

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Intermediate Python proficiency

• Basic data-analysis knowledge

• Familiarity with Git/version control

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn
