The Asset Servicing Analyst 2 role is a developing professional position within Operations – Transaction Services. The analyst will work on corporate-action and proxy-event processing, reconciliation, client instructions, discrepancy resolution, process updates and system enhancements.
Key responsibilities include:
Reconciling and processing positions related to corporate-action events
Reviewing corporate-action/proxy events
Processing communications and notifications
Liaising with internal teams
Reconciling instructions against eligible holders
Executing client votes
Investigating discrepancies
Updating processes and procedures
Identifying system/process enhancement opportunities
Supporting testing and implementations
Escalating issues when required
